Light flashes 5 times and device enters dormancy. Red light flashes 5× on next press if short circuit persists.
Normal draw time is 10 seconds. If exceeded, light flashes 3 times and output stops.
When battery voltage falls below 3.2V, no output and light flashes 10 times.

Yes. Double-click the button to start a 12-second preheat cycle. Click once to stop preheating.
Quickly click the button 5 times within 2 seconds. This turns the battery on or off.
When battery-cell voltage drops below 3.2V, the device stops output. The indicator light flashes 10 times.
